Meet Pakistan's thousand pound Incredible Hulk

He can stop a tractor, pull two cars and lift full grown men with a single arm - if those aren't qualities befitting a superhero, then Pakistani Arbab Khizer Hayat could well be defined as a hulk of a man.

Weighing close to a thousand pounds (960 lbs to be exact), Hayat at heart is a 25-year-old man, who dreams of becoming a weightlifting champion and joining premiere wrestling channel  WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment).

According to a report by the Daily Mail, Hayat's diet involves consuming 36 eggs, 7 pounds of meat and 5 litres of milk in a single day alone. He stands at 6ft 3in tall and has no health issues despite his phenomenal weight.

In a video, he is seen playing tug-of-war against a tractor that is reversing at full speed against Hayat, who with ease prevents the tractor from backing up.

A resident of the city of Mardan in Pakistan, Hayat has been receiving a lot of visitors who want to see and take selfies with the gentle giant, who is just more than happy to oblige. In the same report, he also talks about the time he began his quest to be a strongman: "I started gaining weight in my teens but I realised that I wanted to get into weightlifting and strongman championships. So I continued to put on weight."

He has become a household name in Pakistan and is considered as the "world's strongest man".
